Join us to present and discuss your research findings on industrial organization, benefitting not only from the feedback of industrial organization peers, but also from the presence of an audience well informed on the pressing marketing issues of the day. This industrial organization academic meeting is embedded into our long-time LCBR European Marketing Conference. We invite economics researchers classified as “L” according to the JEL classification to add a new and important dimension to our longstanding marketing conference.
Call for Papers for Forum on Industrial Organization and Marketing 2013
We are accepting and reviewing work on a rolling basis until April 5, 2013. You are strongly encouraged to submit your abstract as soon as possible to allow for sufficient time to settle any questions that the expert panel might have and to provide a comfortable time window for funding and possible travel visa applications.
The abstract should not exceed 300 words. Proposals may cover any topic on industrial organization that has some impact on or relationship with marketing (e.g. pricing, market entry, etc.). If you have doubts about whether your proposal fits, please contact us for assistance.
Decisions of acceptance are usually made within 2-3 weeks after submitting your abstract.
Papers presented at the conference may be published in a dedicated IO section within the Conference Proceedings of the LCBR European Marketing Conference. Full papers should consist of approximately 8-20 pages single-spaced.

Conference Schedule 2013
The 2013 forum will take place during one of the parallel session of our LCBR European Marketing Conference 2013. Presenters of the Forum have access to and are encouraged to attend the social and networking components of the marketing conference. Registration
Since the symposium is integrated into our annual LCBR European Marketing Conference, all forum participants need to be registered for the LCBR European Marketing Conference 2013, so the registration policy for that conference is applicable. The registration deadline is April 20, 2013 for non-presenters. Presenters must register by the date indicated in the notice of acceptance. The registration fee is EUR 340, which includes access to all conference presentation sessions, the networking lunch, coffee breaks, unlimited water, and conference materials. There is an additional fee of EUR 40 for the evening reception on the first day, which includes a buffet offering a wide variety of typical regional foods from Frankfurt as well as unlimited selected drinks.
Note for non-presenters: Registration requires invitation as seats are limited. Before making travel plans, please send us an e-mail inquiring if seats for non-presenters are still available.

Scholarship Aid Forum presenters may qualify for a limited number of scholarships, ranging from full to partial coverage of the registration fee. Persons interested in being considered for the scholarship should submit their abstract as early as possible.
